What kids take home from the mat
Confidence
Every stripe is earned. Kids learn they can do hard things, and it shows at school and at home.
Anti-bullying
Kids learn to stay calm, use their voice and control a situation without striking anyone.
Discipline
Bowing in, listening to coaches and helping partners. Structure kids respond to.
Fitness
Strength, balance and coordination from 30 minutes of movement and play, not screens.

A safe place to learn
- Age-grouped classes so kids train with partners their size
- Coach-led, controlled practice. Technique first, live rounds only when ready
- Tap means stop, every time, and kids learn that on day one
- Fuji mats on a spring subfloor to cushion falls
- A clean facility that families mention again and again in reviews
- Small classes, usually about 10–15 kids

Parents say it best
I recently enrolled my two children at The Vault and they love going to the classes. The owner is fantastic and the teachers are amazing. I highly recommend The Vault to anyone interested in learning martial arts/self defense.
If you’re a parent looking for A program for your young child that instills discipline increases their self-esteem all while having fun. I highly recommend the vault.
